[cod] Dedicated LAN server

You guys are a bit late to the agme... this is a reported bug (by me, confirmd by others) on Bigzilla that seemd to be ignored.
 
Dedicated LAN does work on Windows, the bug is linux only.
 
Side not too those of you that dont know.... adding the IP address too the commandline will make the server not show up in the clients local list..... has to do with how the netcode works and class c limitations
