[cod] Can't get FriendlyFire to work on hardcore.

" set scr_team_fftype " 
 
0 = off
1 = on
2 = refelected
3 = shared

Ive asked allover, and people can't seem to help me, I got the
scr_friendlyfire "1" var, and entered it in, and the console verifies that
it's set to 1, but I can still unload allover my teammates, and they won't
get damaged.

Any ideas will be appreciated.
