[cod] Linux binaries

CoD producers, IW, Graymatter, and Treyarch, have never, ever, been
conductive to "informing their public." Ever. They have always been
secretive. In fact, I remember Ryan getting into hot water with CoD:UO
about releasing information before ATVI.

I would not expect the binaries out until after the Thanksgiving holiday in
the US.
