[cod] Linux binaries

Hope this is not an "intellectual propoerty" holy crap, I hate to hear 
this is blocking the game (see UT3...). It push me more to say "do not 
buy this game, you encourage silly editors to screw you". The more I'm 
waiting, the less I plan to buy the game...
