[cod] pb_sv_ban... server crashes?

Works perfect. Did a few temp bans and a couple perm bans today. No ill effects other than some pissed ejecties. :)

Anyone tested this to see if it fixes the ban crash? I hate to empty out my server to test their bug. I'll try to test it a second server later tonight if no else has confirmed it is fixed. Just didn't want to go to the trouble if someone had already done the work.

Looks like 1.723 made it over to COD5 at 4:30pm today
