[cod] pb_sv_ban... server crashes?

Here is the response I got today fron Evenbalance to the ticket I opened on
Friday.

Evenbalance knows about it.  It is posted at both PBBans and at Punksbusted.
By now, every hacker knows, so all we can use is banclient and manually add
them to the pbbans.dat file.

This is also happening in CoD4.
