[cod] CoD WaW Linux Files

I've already talked to Activision and Treyarch.

Activision is looking into getting me an eta if they can and Treyarch
skipped over the question (I've asked again this am). They don't like answering these things
because if they do give us a hard date and miss it we the community get
all pissy and start complaining.

Again remember that there was a hefty day one patch. I would assume
Ryan had to wait for those fixes to work on the Linux bits or start over
when he got the patch.

In the past he has had to wait for the final bits before he started,
what's different this time? nothing.

For all the newer people to this mailing list. There is nothing new in
this release other then Treyarch seems to be in touch with the PC
community much better then IW has been in the past. Also remember these
guys are mostly PC devs at heart, they are not keeping anything back,
it's just the way the bits fall.
