[cod] CoD WaW Linux Files

As long as I've been playin.... I mean supporting these game there is 
not other "ryan".

While I've always said, EA or Activision should snatch him up. In the 
long run, I think Ryan holding out and being independent is a win for 
him and the rest of us.
