There is a huge indirect cash-flow. There are hordes of clans hanging
in the balance (that run linux sites and servers). And all these guys
are hooked on COD4 and their servers are still staying full. Release of
the WW linux bins could have a significant and indirect impact on the
number of copies of the game sold.

If they decide to never release linux bins, I can see some clans never
switching (we wouldn't for example). We have linux servers, we're not
going to go out and lease winboxes just for the game. COD4 is still too
good.

I think activision isn't realy interestet in publishing linux bins. Why?
Of course they havn't any chashflow from linux or windows -servers.

Thats my thought.

Get used to it, this is a mailing list.

I'm beginning to wonder if Ryan is even doing them this time or
if they are
	being done in house.

Normally he lets us know that he's got the contract a week or
two before
	release.

He hasn't said a peep in weeks on this list.

It's getting about time that we are going to get the files, or
at least get
a note on when we can expect them.
All of us have been quite silent the last week about, and waited
nice and
	calm.

But the game is now going to go loose, the Europe release is
there also and
that means lots of gamers online.
