[cod] pb_sv_ban... server crashes?

This is on the Windows binaries. I posted this here because I thought it was
the easiest way to reach a lot of other server operators for confirmation.

kick command works properly - the ban cmd crashed my server too several
times. But to be honest i even did not tried it with ver 1.1 :)
