[cod] Traffic Statistics for CoD4

If you have exel installed visit an old maxrate page I created about 6
years ago with ie5 or above. I need to dig the actual spread sheet out
to make that available for download - is use to be available 2 or 3 web
hosts ago LOL.
Just insert your max connection speed (normally this is used for home
users) and it will calculate your max rate based on number of slots.
