Traffic Statistics for CoD4

Hi,
I'm just interested in traffic statistics for a normal ~20 players
cod4 server without custom maps/mods etc.
I recently get many mails from my hosting provider telling me i
reached a traffic limit (which is just a limit i can set, so there's
no problem with money) of 200megs / hour.

Is there any formular you can use to calculate the traffic or did
someone already do some research about this?
