Either it is a false positive or you are infected with a virus.

Use your Anti-Virus to clean your system.

Then go to http://www.evenbalance.com and download and run these two tools.

PBSetup
http://www.evenbalance.com/index.php?page=pbsetup.php

PBService Installer
http://www.evenbalance.com/index.php?page=pbsvcfaq.php

Run PBSetup as Administrator (by right clicking and chose Run As)

Then run PBSvc as Administrator (by right clicking and chose Run As)
If the services are installed it will uninstall them. Repeat process to
reinstall them.

Run your AV again. If you still get a hit on the PB Service files email them
to Bitdefender and ask them to verify it. Most likely, it is a false
positive and they will issue a virus file update to resolve it or your
system is still infected.

If you own the server, just remove the streaming to punksbusted and
you are

everyone can hack into the database and add a ban.

The file that holds the ban resides in the pb folder and it is called
pbbans.dat by default.

Hope this helps.
