[cod] PB GUID

Agree, removing PSB streaming or even disable PB is not an option for 
us. And anyway the problem will follow him on 95% of the CoD4 servers. 
Also, this is a Global PB ban, so it is not punksbusted.com, but Even 
Balance that have banned the CD-key.

PS. He just sent me an MMS with a picture of new copy of CoD4 so it 
appearantly turned out OK with the store. :-)
