[cod] PB GUID

Everyone can hack in, doubt it that it's that easy to add someone.
Punksbusted does a good job finding cheaters with their streaming, that keys
get stolen is not their fault.
Going back to the retailer is a better option, cause with removing the PSB
streaming you will lose all benefits which you have for protecting the
server.

If you own the server, just remove the streaming to punksbusted and you are 
fine. punksbusted.com is not the official banlist of evenbalance, so 
everyone can hack into the database and add a ban.
