[cod] Building server

Those machine specs should be just fine.. probably for 8 or more servers 
too, if you wanted :)
Don't know for sure if the game bins support multi-cpu natively, since I 
only have a single-cpu box up, but the OS itself should balance the 
usage out just fine.
