I'll say this much. Moving IP or port will not lift the ban it will follow
the server.

As for official info read the anti cheat sites. Its all over them, better
yet open a ticket.

My honest opinion anyone on this list running one should be banned from this
list permanently.

Don't setup cracked servers and you are fine.
