[cod] [COD4 Linux Server Problem]How to run an unranked server under linux?

Joel,
make double sure that your folders are ALL lower case on your linux 
machine, i.e. mods/modwarfare and NOT Mods/Modwarfare
Since Patch 1.4. , all linux folders must be lower case only!
