[cod] COD4 1.7 patch released

Sorry guys/gals just got back from the movies.... Wall-e is great.. 
sorry I digress.

Yes this is official and is on the Activision private FTP site, however 
the latest news from Activision PR is as follows:

"Fyi, They tell me the linux version of the patch is running a bit 
behind the Windows one but will let ya know."
