[cod] Release integrity

These are the files straight off Activision's Private FTP server. They fixed
a corrupt file in the patch from the windows exe version since it was just
an IWD file that was corrupt.

Ryan probably will not get the green light to host the files if 1.5 patch is
any indication. That one came out couple of weeks after the windows patch.

Agreed. Please, in the future, release only at icculus.org with MD5's.
