Problem with map pack and custom maps

Alright looking at this I have found to be one problem I believe.  The
map pack in the zone folder has china town as the mp_carentan.ff.  I
run several custom maps and one of our favorites we have is the old
caretan map from cod2.  This is an issue as now when I load carentan I
get only china town and not my beloved cod2 map.  Is there a work
around or did Inactivision and infinity ward screw the pooch on this
one?
