[cod] Patch 1.6 and Map Pack

Just curious and not sure this is the right subject to ask under but 
does the new server fix the "dedicated is read only" issue on linux 
servers? This was a big issue that I ran into trying to run a local LAN 
server for LanParties on a Linux Server
