[cod] Patch 1.6 and Map Pack

My server (in Roubaix, France) is downloading it at approx 40k/s, with 
many variations, as soon it's up, I'll post a link to admins I know 
(including you guys) waiting for faster downloads ^^. The server has a 
100Mbps bandwith, I think this night the public cod2 server hosted on it 
will feel some network trouble :P
