COD2 Auth Server Issues?

Since last night, I've had issues with PB handing out the wrong GUID's, and
a bunch of duplicate GUID kicks. I restarted my server today (while people
were playing), and now its impossible to connect. I see the server online,
but everyone is stuck at 'Awaiting connection'
