[cod] Little Help or point in the right direction.

Hi,

Im sure someone will correct me if im wrong but if you create a folder 
name in the mods folder (I.E mods/ranking ) then set the server to load 
that folder then it will become a mod for you.. Without an acctuall 
mod.. If that makes sense?
