[cod] High lag in 1.7

My line is in the pbsv.cfg file but yours could be getting called from
another file.

Thanks for the help. Ive commented all the lines in the randomss.cfg 
which seemed to be the file which tells PB to take screenshots. Seems 
ever so slightly better but not greatly.
