[cod] cod install issue

As is  can remember that TF2 problem i was facing before i got my 
opteron box was that there can be problems with CPU's that dont support 
SSE2 instruction sets. You can find this info by doing this...
more /proc/cpuinfo

look under the "Flags" section for what your CPU supports.
