[cod] COD4 1.7 Linux server now available!

This is done to create a new install with the correct directory
structure.

You could have also unpacked the file and it would have overwritten your
current install with the updated files.

If you had a working install though then you only needed to replace the
.iwd files in main and the cod4-lnxded-bin files anyway.

Thanks for releasing the binaries to us Ryan.

I have just a quick question though, why did you tar a folder instead of
just the files? It kicked me pretty hard trying to mv directories into a
currently existing directory recursively....
