SV: SV: [cod] What is the secret behind masterserver-list?

That master server list is created by one of the many online cfg
creation tools. The first one started adding those lines in and the
rest simply followed their lead. When a new CoD game is released, they
simply add any of the new stuff without taking out any of the old.
