What is the secret behind masterserver-list?

What do you have to do to be listed on the serverlist ingame?

Our servers work fine trough the favorites list, but they do not show up in the public list.

The servers we are looking for are BPG #1 - Search & destroy and BPG #2 Search and Destroy.

IP's: 84.49.16.3:28960 and :28961

My clients shows 17265 total servers.
