[cod] Possible in game browser fix via the 1.5 patch per 402

The IGB has always sucked, as was pointed out before.  Maybe it got
worse with 1.4, i dunno, i use Qtracker (R.I.P. All Seeing Eye).

I'm no programmer, and won't pretend to be one.  However, i'm very
familiar with IP.  I'd wager that it's not a DB problem, but a UDP
problem.  Dropped packets, out of sequence or anything and the list
will get crappy.  Firewalls see IGB browser refresh as a UDP packet
flood and start dropping packets.  TCP can have the same problem, no
doubt, but can correct it.  Maybe i'm talking crazy here, just a
theory.  Someone with TCP/IP programming experience can maybe chime in
:-)
