[cod] Awaiting key code authorization error on LAN

That's wrong. Our server is being hosted on a residental broadband 
connection with the dedicated set to Internet, and the guy who owns the 
broadband connection CAN connect to it locally via the 192.168... internal 
address. He says it won't let him via the external address.

However, even with dedicated set to LAN the guy still has problems, so 
there's something wrong there?
