[cod] Maps of CoD 2 for CoD 4.

Well, the mappers are usually at one of two places:  modsonline.com
and infinityward.com

Maps are usually posted very quickly at codutility.com

AFAIK, the only CoD2 map converted, so far, is Matmata.

There is a MOH map converted, however it is in beta.  Again, you can
find links for it at infinityward.com (looking in the CoD4PC forum
under Maps).

There is discussion at infinityward.com about converting others.
