[cod] Cod4 Pings unusually high

Well, i guess it's not just me. I'm positive its the game because I
triple checked ports, made sure SElinux is disabled, etc. I've tweaked
my server config settings like max_rate and such and still nothing
helps. I've tried different ports other than the standard 28960 and that
did nothing. My Tf2 server runs a steady 53ms whereas my Cod4 on the
same box is pinging 88ms average in game, not via a server browser. So
yeah its about 30ms difference; about the same as you're getting. It's
gotta be something in the game. Maybe something with 64bit? My server is
dual core operton 1210, 2gb ram, centos.
