[cod] ambush map doesn't load

Try starting the server as root and loading that map.  If it works,
switch back to your non-privileged user and run "ulimit -a" to see
what your memory limits are.  The server is exceeding the allowed
amount.  You can adjust the limits in /etc/profile (this location is
probably *nix specific -- this one works for RedHat like derivatives).
