[cod] What is the secret behind masterserver-list?

This is the one I use.

/home2/callofduty4/cod4_lnxded +exec serversettings.cfg +set dedicated 2 +set fs_basepath /home2/callofduty4 +set fs_homepath /home2/callofduty4 +set fs_savepath /home2/callofduty4 +set net_ip 192.168.1.103 +set net_port 28940 +map_rotate

You might try changing the default port around to see what happens. Also make sure you arent starting more than one server on the same port. I've used ports 28940 and 2304 with great success. If you do use these make sure your router is redirecting those ports to your internal IP.

Ok, thanks, I'll try that right now. Nope, still not listed. I'll shut it down for a bit, and see what happens.

Here's my command line arg's: +set dedicated 2 +set sv_punkbuster 1 +set net_port 28960 +set net_ip 192.168.10.4 +exec server.cfg +map_rotate

If you're doing NAT you need to have the internal IP in the command line and not the external IP.

Negative. Net_port is set via command line. Net_ip is not set at all,
due to the physical address being a 192.168.x.x IP.

I'll try it, and see what breaks :P Should I stick with setting them
via CLI, or put them in the config file? If I recall, at one point I did
have the port set via config file, but it didn't do anything .... which
is when I set it via CLI.

Rick,
Just going through the motions here, have you set:
// Server Network Settings
set net_ip "67.52.67.91"
set net_port "28960"
in your server.cfg file?

Firewall is a Fortigate-60 if that helps.
