COD5-Plus V1.1 Installer (CentOS5.2) - Updated

Hey guys,

Updated COD5 (under wine) centos 5.2 installer

Changes:
- Removed Wine Compile, and started using newly available Rpmforge  
RPM's (By Dag Wieers), to speed things up. HUGE time saver.
- Fixed a few bugs in the server.cfg generation
- Added the option to set the max players in the server.cfg generation
* NOTE - (Use V1.0 if you want to compile wine)
