[cod] Setting mor than 49 players will result in crash

Yet many server manage to run it. Perhaps because they run windows?

      To configure the work-around for maxclients, follow these steps:

      1. In the startup script where you start cod4_lnxded or iw3mp.exe you will need to set the ui_maxclients "64".  You have to set the value in the starting script, or this will not work.

      2. In the config file, you set the maximum number of clients with the sv_maxclients command up to the number you set in the script.

      This process should then work
