[cod] Centos 5 Wine-cod5 server tutorial

Just running some tests with the installer script I wrote for it.  
Itpretty much minimizes terminal commands and makes it like a  
"wizard".  The installer also downloads the required files, as well as  
generates a server.cfg.

Once my current compile is done and there are no errors, I will post it.
