[cod] Centos 5 Wine-cod5 server tutorial

Perhaps it has something to do with the Debian Lenny(testing) 
distribution I have.
I don't have any problems running COD5 with the 1.1.10 Wine beta 
version. Looks very stable.

I noticed something strange when I checked my CPU usage: the COD4 Linux 
server is using more CPU power then my Wine(screen) COD5 server running 
on the same machine?!

The screen option is working too, so I don't use X anymore...
