[cod] Centos 5 Wine-cod5 server tutorial

Debian has most packages pre-compiled but.... with the current 
Debian(Lenny testing) version(1.0.1) of Wine my COD5 server couldn't 
start(segmentation fault).
I downloaded the beta version(1.1.10) of Wine manually from the 
www.winehq.org site to solve this problem.
