[cod] COD5 Linux using wine and CLI - My progress so far (not yet working)

The performance isn't terrible at all! Check my COD5 Wine 
server(cod.blutch.nl:28961), it's running on an Atom 1,6 GHz CPU with 
almost the same CPU usage as the COD4 Linux bin running on the same 
machine.


Note: it's a private home server in the Netherlands(it's also a web-, 
mail- and fileserver)
