[cod] Odd Problem

Try to download map files directly within your web browser, if http 
cannot be reached that way, don't go further.

If it works, be sure to double check the map name (try to open the iwd 
part of the map, and see the right name in the mp folder), on the 
redirect space, on the game server, and in your config file.

You can also try the map without a mod (your're running in fs_game, but 
no mod.ff or iwd file is going to make any trouble with map scripts).

Can we have any indication on the base of your mod and the map that's 
blocking everything ? As Stuart has proposed, maybe the map is not 
compatible with the mod or gametype...
