I have had no problems with any Linux distros including debian etch. Try
comparing the files. Looks like ur hdd is failing on you.

Onderwerp: [cod] Fastfile for zone '<anymap>' appears corrupt or unreadable
(code 107)

Hello,

I am using Debian Etch and I tried different Linux kernels, also the latest
2.6.25. But I still experience corrupt files and get the following message
in the COD4 server console:

Fastfile for zone '<anymap>' appears corrupt or unreadable (code 107)

After the message appears, the server is on but not running. The file is
corrupt and must be replaced. This happens after 1 day or after serveral
days. We restart the COD4 server every day.

I don't know what causes this, maybe someone know a solution.

uname -a
Linux babe391 2.6.25 #1 SMP PREEMPT Tue Apr 22 08:43:37 CEST 2008 x86_64
GNU/Linux

Best regards

Ronny Schedel
