[cod] PB Settings

Just omit that setting from the config and it wont matter what the
client connects with.

Tried adding pb_sv_cvar cl_maxpackets IN 30 100 into the pbsv.cfg

 

It still kicks me when I change my maxpackets to 30.

I assumed everyone sets seta cl_maxpackets "60" in their config_mp.cfg
but apparently that's not the case.

 

If we didn't want to enforce this rate, can that be done?
