[cod] Bugzilla--- fact or fiction

I am really hoping this particular issue will be resolved soon. I am the 
tournament coordinator for our local LAN (200seat) and we would really 
like to be able to run a standalone server for COD4 for the LAN... I 
can't imagine this being a "Big" fix I just wish I knew how to program...
