[cod] Mailing list for Call of Duty 4

Thing is, most hosters won't have have a lot of spare machines with
one o.ssitting idly doing nothing. We have a few windows boxes but are
typically in
use, but we have a lot more Linux servers with space that can be used and is
easier. So we may put up one windows server, but could probably have 20 or
so cod4 ones if it was on Linux.
