[cod] Mailing list for Call of Duty 4

IW has been it's usual frozen jawed with this.  402 assured us that
they "were listening" to the admin community, but there has been no
confirmation at all about linux binaries.  Tally even asked when he
was at IW and was assured that something would be done, but we have no
news...at all.
