[cod] server audit tool

I had a server in Texas, did not test it with this tool as it wasn't out
yet. We would fill the server half full and get no pub traffic. The server
was only shown after multiple clicks of "Refresh List" and waiting about 2
minutes. I got frustrated and got an additional server in LA, thinking that
maybe being closer to the master servers might help. I cannot say what
happened but the new server and I've since moved the Texas server to
Chicago, they both get a decent amount of pub traffic and come up in the
list fairly quickly.

So I too would like to take a peek behind the scenes. :-)

no problem steve,

i've been thinking about setting it up on multiple hosts to test if the
master server response packets always come back in the same order to
everyone.

i'll get you the source later today.

Geoff,

I understand that the php is your own time/work/energy - but was
curious if I could get a copy of your code?

I understand if you'd rather keep it to yourself, but would like to take a
look at it and possible host it as well - not to compete but just to have as
a redundancy. ; )

Thanks,

Steve

yeah i'm not sure, my TDM server got bumped from 2000 something to 5000
something today. the tool is accurate, but how the master server orders the
servers is still somewhat of a mystery.

Geoff,

I am not sure the position number is working. Today, my server has
variously been reported as in the 7000s, 6000, 4000s, and 3000s. But
in reverse order. I have not restarted the server, so it should not
have lost its place.
