toggleconsole in scripts?

hi,
I try to write some script like this:

// take pb_plist screenshot
rcon login rconpassw
toggleconsole
wait 100
clear
wait 100
rcon pb_sv_plist
pb_plist
wait 200
screenshotjpeg
wait 100
toggleconsole

But toggleconsole does only work if bound to any key. And even if that 
key is pressed you have to use "shift+key" to open the "big" console 
screen. Is there any way to open the "big" console in a script?
